BookingHow do I book, and how quickly will you confirm?
Send a request through our reservation page, call us on +90 000 000 00 00 or message us on WhatsApp. A real person confirms by your chosen channel within two hours between 09:00 and 20:00. Your booking is held once we have confirmed it.
BookingWhat is your cancellation policy?
You can move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours we charge half the treatment price, and the full price if you do not arrive. We are flexible with genuine emergencies.
Your visitHow early should I arrive?
Come 20 minutes before your first treatment for tea and a short health form. If you would like to use the plunge pool, warm marble room or sauna first, arrive 45 minutes early; thermal access is included with every treatment on the day.
Your visitWhat should I bring?
Nothing but yourself. We provide robes, slippers, towels, disposable briefs, hairdryers and a locker. Bring swimwear if you prefer it for the plunge pool and warm room.
Your visitCan I choose a female or male therapist?
Yes. Tell us your preference when you book and we will honour it. Our team of nine includes female and male therapists.
Your visitWhich languages does the team speak?
Every therapist speaks Turkish and English. Some of the team also speak Russian and German; mention it when you book and we will match you if we can.
HealthCan I book a treatment during pregnancy?
From the second trimester we offer an adapted Signature Massage and the Quiet Facial. Please tell us when you book. We do not offer the warm stone massage, the warm marble room or the sauna during pregnancy.
HealthIs there a minimum age?
Guests need to be 16 or older. Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome with a parent or guardian present in the house.
PaymentHow can I pay, and are prices in lira?
All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. We accept all major cards, contactless and cash in lira. We do not take a deposit for single treatments; for packages for two we may ask for a card guarantee.
PaymentDo you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any treatment, package or amount from ₺2,500. Ask at reception or by WhatsApp and we will send a printed card in a linen envelope or a PDF the same day. Gift cards are valid for twelve months.
Getting hereHow do I get to Kuzguncuk, and is there parking?
From the European side, take the ferry to Üsküdar; we are a ten-minute taxi ride north along the shore road, or a pleasant thirty-minute walk. Buses along the coast road stop at Kuzguncuk. Valet parking is available on İcadiye Caddesi from 11:00.
Getting hereIs the house accessible?
The reception, tea room, garden, one treatment room and an accessible washroom are on the ground floor with step-free entry from the street. The roof studio and the thermal rooms are reached by stairs; please call us and we will plan your visit around them.
