Privacy notice

How Aethel Wellness Sanctuary uses the details you send us. Last updated 1 October 2026.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the treatment and time you asked for and anything you choose to tell us in the notes, such as an injury or a pregnancy. If you join the garden letter, we receive your email address.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and confirm your visit, to adapt your treatment safely, to reply to your message and, if you subscribed, to send the monthly letter. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for two years so we can recognise returning guests and their preferences. Health notes are deleted twelve months after your last visit. You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to hello@aethel-wellness-sanctuary.devany.app and we will reply within 30 days.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored securely by our website provider and are visible only to the Aethel team.
